To protect our freedoms and secure our democracy, we believe it is critical to elect Democrats up and down the ballot.
Kamala Harris believes in a future where everyone has the opportunity to get ahead. She'll support programs to strengthen the middle class and protect the rights of women to have control over their own bodies. She is also endorsed by Planned Parenthood, LGBTQ PAC, March for Our Lives, the Maine AFL-CIO, Sierra Club Maine, Maine Education Association, United Farm Workers, VoteVets, and more than 70 Tribal and Native American leaders.
Your vote for these candidates is Ranked Choice. Democrat David Costello has pledged to take a more progressive and reformative approach, while Independent Incumbent Angus King acts as a "functional" Democrat who caucuses with Democrats in the Senate. While our charter prevents us from endorsing any candidate against a Democrat, we understand that some of our members may wish to vote for Angus King as well.
Voting for Democrat Jared Golden will help Democrats take back the House of Representatives, control the legislative agenda, and importantly, certify the 2024 election. To avoid a repeat of last January 6, it is imperative that Democrats take back the House of Representatives. Jared is also endorsed by End Citizens United, Human Rights Campaign, Maine AFL-CIO, National Education Association, the Wabanaki Alliance, and VoteVets.
